I've been using SunRocket VOIP service for almost 2 years now with nary a hiccup. Well today, I found out that the service is DEAD! And the SOBs didn't even bother to tell me!!!! The basically shutdown the service without letting any of their subscribers know and I had to find out via the Consumerist.
Thats just a really crappy thing to do. On top of that, you can't call customer service since you now get a cheery message telling you that they no longer are taking sales or support calls. Just peachy.
